Follow the steps below to ensure that your support will be set-up correctly.
It may help you to
have a copy of your PO ready for quick reference when completing
the Service Activation Request.

Complete the Brocade Service Activation Request below for up to four locations.
Contact Support Operations if you
require service for more than 4 locations.

Brocade will send you an e-mail confirmation that your Service Activation Request has
been received.

Brocade will send an e-mail confirmation of support contract within 2 business days. If you
have ordered onsite support, this e-mail will also provide you with the start date of the
onsite support. Telephone support starts when your PO and Service Activation
Request are both received.
NOTE: If you have ordered Brocade service on new switches which are
not yet in your possession, you will need to wait to activate service. A switch serial
number is required to complete the Service Activation Request. Please follow the process
outlined above as soon as you receive your Brocade switche(es).
