Returning Products to Brocade
Return products to Brocade by submitting a request through one of the following online forms.

Brocade RMA Form >
A Brocade representative will contact you with an RMA number and shipping address.

Reference the RMA number on every container that you ship and in all shipping documents

(Note: If the RMA number is not referenced, the shipment will be refused.)

Spares RMA Request Form >
Warranty Registration Form >

Submit your requests and a representative will contact you regarding the status of your request.

Additional Information Required When Returning M-Class Products
If you require emergency parts for former McDATA and CNT products, please have the following information available when you contact support at support@cnt.com:
  • Serial number(s) on equipment or software, OR
  • Network ID number (e.g. ABCD-0100); and
  • Name of your extension storage networking product; and
  • Nodes you are working on; and
  • Location of your extension storage networking equipment

Easy-to-Follow Steps for Returning M-Class Products
  1. Use the disposable grounding wrist trap when packing and handling electronic part(s).
  2. Reuse the original packaging material to return electronic parts.
  3. Fill out the Field Spares RMA Request Form. If the form is not available, call customer support (1-800-752-8061 or 1-763-268-6600).
  4. Affix shipping label to the outside of each package
  5. Reference the RMA number on every package that you ship and in all shipping documents.
  6. Ship materials to: Returns, Attn: [RMA number], 6000 Nathan Lane North, Plymouth, MN 55442, USA
