IT Professionals Using Brocade Products
If you are an end-user customer using Brocade products in your company’s IT environment, then you are eligible to access the technical resources below and more through the Brocade Connect online technical resource center and community. Former McDATA end-user customers will also find a one-stop resource page on Brocade Connect that summarizes familiar support resources. If you are eligible to be a Brocade Connect member, register now.

Do You Have a Support Contract?
End users whose company has purchased a Brocade Support Plan are entitled to online and phone support, and special access to Brocade product release downloads, the knowledge base, and the online support request system through Brocade Connect. To receive these special access privileges, each employee at a covered company must submit a service activation request.
