Access for Brocade Service Plan Customers
If you are an end user customer whose company has purchased a Brocade Service Plan, you are entitled to phone support and additional online access to the Brocade Knowledge Base and online support request system through Brocade Connect. For your convenience, product downloads and documentation are available on Brocade Connect as well. In order to receive these additional access privileges, each employee at a covered company must submit a service activation request.

Additionally, Brocade provides a large variety of free tools, best practice guides and special offers on the Brocade Partner Network and Brocade Connect web sites. These are designed to help you maximize your Brocade-based infrastructure and improve your productivity. Access is free for those eligible.

Brocade Connect
If you are an end user customer using Brocade products in your company IT infrastructure, then you are eligible for access to the Brocade Connect online technical resource center and community. If you are eligible to be a Brocade Connect member, register now.

Partner Network
If you are an OEM, distributor, reseller, systems integrator, professional service provider, support provider, or developer whose company's portfolio includes Brocade products and/or offerings, then you are eligible to access support resources through the Brocade Partner Network. You do not need to have a direct contractual relationship with Brocade to access the Partner Network. If you eligible to be a Partner Network member, register now.
