Cable Management for Brocade SAN Infrastructure Solutions

To complement the new FC8-64 blade for Brocade DCX Backbones, Brocade is launching new cable management solutions that include LC patch panels for existing environments and MPO patch panels (trunked cables) for high density solutions. A new cable management best practices guide titled "Best Practices Guide: High Density Cable Management Solutions" describes recommended cabling solutions for high density port solutions based on Brocade's FC8-64 FC port blade. 

Brocade also partners with leading cable providers to offer structured cabling solutions that are designed for Brocade DCX Backbones,  the Brocade 48000, the Brocade Mi10K, and the Brocade M6140. These cabling solutions, available from Corning Cable Systems, Molex, Amphenol and Splice Group, dramatically reduce cable volume to simplify troubleshooting, improve scalability, and increase efficiencies.
