Brocade NMS provides a flexible, scalable approach to ongoing monitoring and reporting by offering three levels of support:
NMS Basic: Provides 24x7 device and network monitoring and reporting, with real time alerts to minimize operational impact. Also provides web portal access to a variety of real-time and historical data and reports that facilitate improved resource efficiency, increased performance and capacity planning.
NMS Premium: Provides a more customized level of support for large or complex environments. It includes all the offerings of NMS Basic, plus customized report development to meet specific customer reporting requirements and bi-annual benchmarking of the performance and utilization of the network infrastructure.
NMS Premium-Plus: The highest level of NMS support, NMS Premium-Plus includes the 24x7 monitoring and reporting and adds the following advanced services:
