Brocade Classic and M-Class Product Downloads: Access for Brocade Service Plan Customers
End users whose company has purchased a Brocade Service Plan are entitled to phone support and additional online access to the Brocade knowledge base and online support request system through MyBrocade. For added convenience, product downloads and documentation also are available on MyBrocade. To receive these additional access privileges, each employee at a covered company must submit a service activation request.

For access to all other Brocade product release downloads, visit the Brocade Partner Network and MyBrocade Web sites. In addition, Brocade provides a large variety of free tools, best-practice guides, and special offers on the Brocade Partner Network and MyBrocade Web sites. These resources are designed to help organizations maximize their Brocade-based infrastructures and improve productivity. Access is free for those eligible.
End users with Brocade products in their company's IT infrastructure need to have purchased and activated a Brocade Service Plan to access phone support and online Brocade product release downloads, the knowledge base, and the online support request system on MyBrocade.
