Click on the Download button
Depending on your bandwidth capabilities, Download button may take from 3 to 10 seconds to appear. You must click on the Download button to start the download process.

Browser Settings: Enable Pop-ups

• You must have pop-ups enabled.
• To enable pop-ups: Check your browser Download settings and make sure 'Show Download Manager when a download begins' is enabled (Netscape and Firefox):, go to tools->pop up blocker->turn off pop up blocker
• To temporarily allow pop-ups:Hold down the 'Ctrl' button on your keyboard when you submit the form to disable popup blockers.

Browser Settings: Enable Downloads
You must be able to download files; ie .zip and .exe files. To allow file downloads go to tools->internet options->security,
      Select the Internet zone
      Click 'Custom Level' button
      Scroll down in 'Security Settings' list to 'Downloads'
      Ensure that the following are enabled:
         Automatic prompting for file downloads
         File download
