Tom Clark
Tom Clark is a resident SAN evangelist for Brocade, and represents Brocade in industry associations, conducts seminars and tutorials at conferences and trade shows, promotes Brocade storage networking solutions, and acts as a customer liaison. A noted author and industry advocate of storage networking technology, he is a board member of the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) and Chair of the SNIA Green Storage Initiative.
Prior to joining Brocade, Clark was Director of Solutions and Technologies for McDATA Corporation and the Director of Technical Marketing for Nishan Systems, the innovator of storage over IP technology. As a liaison between marketing, engineering, and customers, he has focused on customer education and defining features that ensure productive deployment of SANs.
Josh Judd
Josh Judd is a Principal Engineer in Brocade Technical Marketing. In addition to writing, he provides support for roadmap activities, writes new product requirements, and works directly with systems engineers, OEMs and end-users worldwide.
When he first came to work for Brocade, Josh was the company's senior IT technical resource, responsible for escalations and the architectural design of all network, server, and desktop infrastructure world wide. His previous experience, degree, and certifications are IT-related. He was the first "Senior SAN Architect" at Brocade, which means that he was one of the first full-time professional FC SAN designers in the world.
Michael O'Connor
Michael O'Connor is a Senior Technical Marketing Engineering at Brocade. In addition to writing best-practices documents, he works on future technologies and proof-of-concept solutions as well as resolving critical issues. He works closely with Brocade systems engineers and end users worldwide.
Before working at Brocade, Mike spent ten years at Sun Microsystems in the network storage group. He also has many technical certifications and several advanced college degrees. If you ever go to his "cave", you will see that he has his own ISP setup right next to the TV.
