The Brocade 4020 Fibre Channel Switch for the Intel Enterprise Blade Servers
The Brocade 4020 Fibre Channel switch seamlessly integrates with the Intel Enterprise Blade Servers to provide an industry-leading 4Gbit/sec FC SAN solution for mission-critical applications requiring high-performance storage. With auto-sensing Fibre Channel switching at 1, 2, and 4 Gbit/sec, the Brocade 4020 is fully compatible with other Brocade switches.
Overview
The Brocade 4020 is an affordable 10-port switch offering with seven internal ports to blade servers and three external uplinks. Using a ports-on-demand software license key, the 10-port switch can be upgraded to 15 or 20 ports in a non-disruptive manner. By utilizing the EZSwitchSetup wizard, new SAN administrators can simplify fabric setup and ongoing maintenance.
