For the Second Consecutive Year, Brocade Wins Product of the Year Award at Paris Data Storage Forum Once again, Brocade has won the "Best Product of the Year" award at France's leading storage conference, Forum Stockage 2004, held September 20-22, 2004. The jury elected the Brocade MultiProtocol Router for "Best Product" in the "switch-storage hardware" category. This follows Brocade's "Storage Product of the Year" win for the Brocade 12000 Director at the 2003 awards.
Brocade Awarded China InfoWorld - 2003 Annual Editor's Choice Award The Brocade Fabric Application Platform was awarded the 2003 Annual Editor's Choice in the Storage Networking Equipment category by China InfoWorld (CIW), a leading China weekly IT trade journal. China InfoWorld (CIW) is one of China's leading weekly IT trade journals with a national circulation of 400,000. This is a joint venture publication between the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) and IDG, under the media group organization of CCID. CIW is the flagship publication in the CCID group.

At this years conference, a panel of SAN end user customers awarded Brocade 12000 Director as Product of the Year in the storage area networking category.

The awards honor leading-edge technology that provides measurable business value to end-user organizations. Brocade Named to Deloitte and Touche Fast 500 and Fast 50 Brocade has been ranked number 82 on the 2002 Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America. In addition to ranking on the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500, Brocade is also ranked 28 on the Silicon Valley Technology Fast 50, which is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology firms in the region. Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth in fiscal year revenues over five years, from 1997-2001, during which time Brocade grew its revenues by 5,948 percent.
Brocade Wins Blue Ribbon from Network World The Brocade 12000 Core Fabric Switch received a Blue Ribbon award from Network World for its test center review of director-class Fibre Channel SAN switches in the May 6, 2002 issue. Network World's most extensive test-to-date on director-class switches focused on performance, management, configuration, and availability. Brocade's 12000 scored an overall 4.45 out of 5.0 points, leading the test in performance and configuration and scoring higher than McData's director-class switch.
Brocade Wins Network Infrastructure Product of the Year 2001 from Datamation Magazine The business imperative for electronic communication, both inside and outside of the corporate walls, with business customers and partners, continues to drive network managers to find the best building blocks for network infrastructure. San Jose, Calif.-based Brocade Communications Systems Inc., won in the Network Infrastructure Product of the Year category for its Brocade 3800 Enterprise Fabric Switch, and Rob Schafer, program director for enterprise data center strategies at Meta, says that Brocade's 3800 is currently the one to beat.
