Brocade Career Opportunities for Recent Graduates
OVERVIEW
Brocade has a wide variety of career opportunities for new college graduates. This unique program provides all participants with a specially tailored mix of technical training, hands-on learning, soft-skill workshops, product training, mentoring, and social/professional networking. TRAINING
Brocade products are the critical backbone behind the Fortune 2000 Companies’ network storage architectures. To get you up to speed, you will receive training on Storage Area Network (SAN), File Area Network (FAN), data storage, and Services offerings. Additionally, you will receive training to develop your business acumen, such as Presentation Skills, Negotiation, Team Communication, and Goal Setting. Total training will last approximately three to six months.

PROFESSIONAL MENTORS
Once onboard, you will have an opportunity to select a professional mentor from a pool of seasoned Brocadians in your functional area. We feel they will be an integral part of your professional development and are available to offer advice, guidance, and answers to any questions you might have.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
The New College Graduate program selects new hires during the fall and spring seasons during the Brocade Days event at Brocade Headquarters. Students participating in Brocade Days are selected during campus interviews or onsite screenings. Please check with your school’s career center for Brocade On-Campus interview dates. If we are not visiting your school, you can submit your resume to college@brocade.com. Please remember to include the position for which you are applying.

INTERNSHIPS
Brocade internships are for Summer 2008 starting in June. Recruiting for the Internship Program will begin during the spring semester/quarter. Internships will reflect all areas in our New College Graduate program. Housing and transportation are provided for interns.
