Cloud Provider Support

Below are details on the technical support provided by Brocade for our different products and cloud providers.

Brocade Technical Support

Brocade will provide limited complimentary support via phone only for our Cloud Provider Support customers. Customers may call the Brocade Technical Assistance Center 24 hours a day to receive support for basic configuration issues, but anything beyond the scope of initial setup and configuration will require a support contract.

A Brocade Essential Support contract provides 24x7 access to the Brocade Technical Center (available through phone and the Web) as well as documentation and software updates.
