Support Delivery Partners

The Support Delivery Partner (SDP) program offers leading regional partners the opportunity to support Brocade SAN and IP networking solutions, enabling new offerings and building stronger, more strategic relationships with their customers.

Overview

The SDP program is designed to identify and cultivate Channel Partners who can design, plan, implement, and support Brocade solutions in their customers’ environments. These partners develop and deliver their own support offerings for Brocade products to increase profitability and customer satisfaction. Program Partner Requirements

  • Maintain APN Elite or Premier membership or have an approved Master Purchasing Agreement in place
  • Maintain SDP program certification and accreditation requirements by authorized product set
  • Staff a 24x7 call center with Brocade-trained and certified technicians
  • Provide frontline support on products sold to end customers
  • Provide onsite hardware replacement services within authorized support territory
  • Purchase and maintain spares necessary for supporting end-customer commitments
  • Escalate backline support to Brocade Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in English

System Integrator Cooperative Support Program

The Brocade SI Cooperative Support Program (SI CSP) establishes a win-win-win strategic relationship between Global System Integrators (GSI) partners and Brocade that ultimately benefits end-user customers. By leveraging the power of two brands, GSI partners can offer their customers a broader variety of product and service choices for a truly best-in-class network solution.

Program Partner Requirements

  • Signed Master Purchasing Agreement to resell or manage Brocade products and the Brocade Global System Integrator (GSI) designation
  • Call centers capable of delivering call entitlement and frontline support 24×7×365, in local languages where applicable
  • Two certified personnel for each Brocade technical certification per support center, depending on the technology focus of the GSI:
    • Brocade Certified Network Professional (BCNP)
    • Brocade Certified Layer 4-7 Professional (BCLP)
    • Brocade Certified Ethernet Fabric Professional (BCEFP)
  • Support staff trained on technical support troubleshooting techniques for Brocade products
  • Ability to deliver onsite hardware replacement
  • RMA ordering processes and the ability to track customer RMA returns back to Brocade
