CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel a Brocade Education class, send a request in writing via fax or e-mail to Brocade Education Services

Cancellations will be confirmed by Brocade within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request.

NOTE: If you have not received notification from Brocade within 24 hours after sending your cancellation notice, contact Education Services at 408-333-5036. Cancellations must be received 14 calendar days prior to the start date of a scheduled course to avoid a cancellation fee.

A fee equal to 50% of the cost of the registered class will be applied to any cancellations received with 14 days calendar days of the start date of the scheduled class.

A fee equal to 100% of the cost of the registered class will be applied to any class that is not canceled prior to the start of the first day of class.

BROCADE ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Brocade Accepts the following types of payment methods

CREDIT CARD
Brocade accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

PURCHASE ORDERS
(For Training orders over $15,000USD we accept Purchase Orders. Purchase Order must be faxed with in 24 hours of the registration. Credit Application must be completed with Purchase Order.

Invoicing for training orders are done at the completion of the course and all invoices will be mailed out the week after the training has been completed.

Payment terms are net 30.
