Course Register Information Tips and FAQ

Welcome to Brocade Training. We are in the process of updating our Education systems to serve you better. With Brocade’s new Single Sign On capabilities, our goal is to provide you with a simplified registration process and easy access to Brocade Education.  Access to your Training records can be located by clicking on the MyBrocade Log In link found in the top right corner of this web page. Please user your email address to log into the system.  Once you have logged into MyBrocade, select the My Education tab.

Brocade University Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I create a profile if I am a new customer?
A: Create a Profile. From the MyBrocade page select “register now” if you are not a member. All customers and Brocade employees wishing to gain access to Training will need to log in from the MyBrocade home page. 

Q: How do I access Training if I am a Brocade employee?
A: Enter your company email address from the MyBrocade home page. If you had an existing account in iLearning and you had accessed your account since June 1st 2009, you should experience a quick log in to your records.

Q: How do I access my profile if I am an existing customer?
A: How Do I Access My Existing Account. All user accounts that have had activity after June 1st, 2009 will be migrated to the new system.  Existing user accounts must access Brocade University via the MyBrocade home page.

A: Review our course catalog for Virtual Classroom Training.  To register for an event meeting your schedule, training will need to accessed from the My Brocade home page.

Q: What is an Integrated Learning Course?
A: Integrated Learning model combines classroom training with bundled online modules, which serve as pre-and co-requisites to the core Instructor-led component.

Q: What is a Self-Paced/eStudy course?
A: Online training combining self study activities, lectures, demos and increasingly, simulations, that learners can perform on their own, at their own pace.
