Brocade Certified Fabric Administrator 16 Gbps (BCFA) Exam

As a Brocade Certified Fabric Administrator, you must be able to understand basic Fibre Channel concepts, demonstrate basic knowledge of Brocade SAN switching platforms and related components, install, configure, and maintain Brocade hardware and software products and troubleshoot basic switch issues.

FCP Routing

  • Demonstrate knowledge of trunking concepts
  • Differentiate between fabric routing policies

Zoning

  • Describe zoning concepts and implementation

Management

  • Identify basic switch management interfaces
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of management and reporting tools

Troubleshooting

  • Demonstrate knowledge of how to collect information and perform basic troubleshooting under different scenarios
