Diversity suppliers must be certified by a third-party organization that validates the diversity classification.

Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)	Women-owned business	Certification is done by one of the 13 WBENC partner organizations
Astra Women's Business Alliance (ASTRA)	Minority-owned business	Certification for women-owned business within Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Northern California
