MyBrocade Customers and End-User

If you were a member of Brocade Connect, your account has been converted to a MyBrocade account.

Distribution and Reseller Partners

If you are a member of the Brocade Alliance Partner Network (APN) and currently have a Partner Network account, your Partner Network account will be converted into your MyBrocade account. Please use your Partner Network log in credentials to access log in to a more flexible and customizable environment.

MyBrocade Partner Access

We invite Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Technology Alliance Partner Program (TAPP), and Developer partners to continue to log in to the Brocade Partner Network to access valuable resources like firmware downloads, licensing tools, and technical, sales and marketing resources.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. When will MyBrocade be available for Brocade distribution and reseller partners?
    1. MyBrocade will be available in late 2009 for distribution and reseller partners. You can preview the site by taking an online tour .  If you are currently registered for the Brocade Partner Network, your partner login and password will become your MyBrocade login and password.

  2. When will MyBrocade be available for other Brocade partners?
    1. MyBrocade will be available in early 2010 for all other Brocade partners.

  3. Will I have access to the same information I had on the Brocade Partner Network?
    1. Yes. All resources previously available to Brocade partners will be available on MyBrocade.

  4. Can anyone register for a MyBrocade account?
    1. Yes. Anyone with a valid business e-mail can register for MyBrocade.  To access partner-entitled resources, simply choose which type of partner describes you best during the registration process. Upon approval, you will automatically be granted access to partner-entitled information.

  5. I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
    1. You can visit the MyBrocade “help” page to troubleshoot your login issue.  If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by visiting http://my.brocade.com (for MyBrocade users) or http://partner.brocade.com (for Brocade Partner Network users) and clicking on the “Forgot Your User ID or Password?” link. Follow the instructions for resetting your password. If you still can’t log in, Contact Us.

  6. What happened to Brocade Connect?
    1. On June 15, 2009, Brocade Connect became MyBrocade. Any resources you accessed in your Brocade Connect account will be available through your MyBrocade account.

  7. Will I have access to the same information I had on Brocade Connect?
    1. Yes. All information and resources you had previously on Brocade Connect will be available in your MyBrocade account.

  8. I own a product I purchased from Foundry Networks. Can I register for MyBrocade?
    1. Yes. Foundry Networks is now Brocade. As a Brocade end-user customer, you are eligible to access MyBrocade.

  9. If I’m a Brocade employee, how do I log in?
    1. Please use your Windows login and password, excluding the “@brocade.com” part of your Brocade e-mail domain.
