A diverse supply base brings a multi-faceted set of perspectives, skills, experiences and approaches, reflecting the values and demographics of Brocade, our customers and our communities. A strong Supplier Diversity Program enables Brocade to meet the needs of these various constituencies.

The goal of Brocade’s Supplier Diversity Program is to provide an inclusive environment for small and certified diverse suppliers to contribute to our overall supply chain. We will ensure that small and certified diverse suppliers have an equitable opportunity to compete for our business and we will set yearly procurement goals for their participation as partners and suppliers of goods and services to us.
