The Entire Brocade Network Is Your Data Center

The University Development Program (UDP) is an amazing opportunity for recently hired university graduates to develop their leadership skills through a structured training. This three-week program provides a diversified learning experience as new hires transition smoothly into their professional careers at Brocade. The unique curriculum focuses on team activities and Brocade's leadership and business core competencies. Some highlights include:

• CEO and executive staff as guest speakers
• Instructor-led, business, and skill building courses
• Networking opportunities to meet people in various organizations
• Volunteering at a local non-profit organization
• Team capstone project on a current Brocade business case

After completing UDP, new hires are paired with a mentor for four months. The program benefits both mentors and mentees by fostering career relationships and strengthening the employees' newfound knowledge and skills. Brocade strives to see new hires succeed and make the most of their talents.
